How is a deep clean different from a regular clean?+
A regular clean maintains a home that's already in good shape. A deep clean goes further — ovens, rangehoods, grout, walls, window tracks, skirting boards and the areas behind and under accessible furniture.
Do I need to do anything before you arrive?+
Clearing benches, floors and surfaces of personal items helps us spend more of the time on detailed cleaning. Let us know about any delicate surfaces, access details or areas you'd like prioritised.
Can you remove mould?+
We remove surface mould from bathrooms and other areas where appropriate. Mould caused by leaks or ongoing moisture problems may need a plumber or building specialist to fix the source.
Is a deep clean once enough?+
For many homes, yes. Many clients book a deep clean first, then move to a regular weekly or fortnightly clean to keep things on track.
