These terms govern the cleaning services provided by Beheli Group. By booking with us you agree to these terms.

Payment

Invoices are issued on completion of service and are payable within 3 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations so we can reshuffle our team. Late cancellations incur a fee:

• Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the scheduled cleaning fee.
• Same-day cancellation or lockout: 100% of the scheduled cleaning fee.

Satisfaction guarantee

If anything isn't right, let us know within 72 hours and we'll return to make it right at no additional cost.

Access & safety

We're fully insured with public liability. Please let us know in advance about pets, alarm codes, valuables or anything fragile so we can care for your home accordingly.
